Book review

Basically, i don't read novels. But exception for this Sophie Kinsella's novel.
What's so special about this cutie pie is, the character itself namely, Rebecca Bloomwood.
Let me share the synopsis first.
Confessions of a shopaholic is about Rebecca Bloomwood or also named as Becky, who lives in one of the London's trendiest neighborhood, have a troupe of glamorous socialite friends and have a closet brimming with the season's must-haves. The only trouble is, she can't actually afford it- any of it.
Her job at Successful saving magazine as a financial journalist doesn't pay much at all.
And the conflict started when, she's been chased by dismal letters from Visa and the Endwich Bank-letters with large red sums. She tries cutting back and even tries to making more money, but none of her effort succeeds. Finally, a story arises that Becky cares about, and her front-page article catalyzes a chain of events that will transform her life-and the lives those around her, forever.

What should i said about this hillarious novel is, i do started to realize that yeah, it is so true that people who love to shopped a lot, somewhere somehow, they need to shop only what they need, not what they want. Or else, they will facing troubles just like Becky. Beside that, as on economic, we learned that, humans have unlimited wants in their lives.
So that means, we just couldn't fullfill it all.

I recommended people who love to read, or to shopped a lot, to try this book. I believe, you won't regret.Plus, actually, i adore Becky's talent in writing. Eventhough she is only a human-created character, i wish one day, i could be just like her. Not being a shopaholic type like her, but being a great writer. So that, i could share with the world what i feel.

Here are some praise for the Shopaholic novels: -
"Perfect for anyone wishing that bank statements came in more colours than just black and red."- THE MIRROR (LONDON)
"This book is an indulgance that's definitely worth every penny. "  -NEW WOMAN (LONDON)

Love,
RK.
